Joshua Schmidt brings a dual background in enterprise data work and independent consulting. As a full-time Data Architect at Century College, he leads SQL Server, data integration, reporting, and .NET-based application work. In parallel, he supports organizations through JEL Consulting with fractional Microsoft consulting across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, .NET Core MVC, Web API, SSIS, Power BI, and self-service application development. His work focuses on practical outcomes: reducing support burden, automating manual processes, improving data quality, and helping teams move faster without adding a full-time hire.
